Week 6 of NFL and In the Heart of the Hunt of October

As the 6th week of the NFL approaches, all teams have at least one loss under their belt with the Kansas City Chiefs being the last and edged by the colts with a ten point loss.  As for the MLB, it is down to the last for teams with the League Championship Series' beginning.  The American League Championship Series (ALCS) will consist of the New York Yankees and the Texas Rangers facing off with two of leagues best pitchers, C.C. Sabathia and C.J. Wilson.  The National League Championship Series (NLCS) has the San Francisco Giants squarring off against the Phillies of Philadelphia.  The young star, Tim Lincecum will be sharing the mound with the the Phillies Roy Halladay.
Key Matchups this Sunday in the NFL will be the KC Chiefs vs. Houston Texans, to see if the chiefs can bounce back from a tough loss and get back on a hot win streeak facing the texans struggling pass defense.  A battle of two of the leagues top defenses take place with the Ravens facing the Patriots.  The two loss defending champ saints will face Josh Freeman and the young Buccaners with their one loss.  Last but not least, a Monday Night Matchup to be sure to watch is the two 3-2 teams, Tennessee Titans going to Jacksonville to take on the Jags.  If any scores are missed through out the next week be sure to comment to get further updates.  Stay tuned and be sure to catch all the action for both the NFL and MLB on FOX and CBS.
