Week 12's Best Match-Ups and a few one-on-one match ups to pay attention to

Sunday Morning, beginning at 11 a.m. MST one of the best match-ups of the day is the Green Bay Packers (7-3) traveling to Atlanta to take on the (8-2) Falcons.  This is a key NFC showdown that will be showcasing all type of talent such the top two conference Quarterback's, Aaron Rodgers and Matt Ryan.  A win here could be the deciding factor in who gets the NFC's No. 1 seed for the playoffs.  Roddy White, Atlanta Falcon's Wideout, is leading the NFL in catches and already has over 1,000 yards.
Two 7-3 teams will square off as the Philadelphia Eagles take on the Chicago Bears and a win here could be the difference between a No. 2 seed or a Wild Card spot.  The Chicago defense is coming off of a shut-out victory last week and Eagle QB Mike Vick has yet to throw an interception.  So this will be something to watch at 2:15 on FOX.
As for one-on-one match ups Sunday, something to pay close attention to in the Steelers vs Bills game is Corner Ike Taylor going against going against Buffalo standout, Steve Johnson.  Pittsburgh uses Taylor to cover their opponents best reciever and is also a solid tackler.  As for St. Johnson, he has nine touchdowns on the year and just has a knack for getting open against anybody.
The AFC West Leading Chiefs will face the struggling Seattle Seahawks.  The match up of the day here will be Tamba Hali vs. Matt Hasselbeck.  Hali has been one of the hungriest players on Kansas City's Defense this year leading the team with eight sacks. His head fake he uses against opponents is difficult to deal with which makes him so good in the pass rush.  The veteran Hasselbeck is a fighter and is even playing hurt now with a cast on his left wrist. That means nothing, he is tough and smart and knows the ins-and-outs of Seattle's offense.  He also is coming off back to back 300 yard games so the KC secondary will have their work cut out for them.

3 Big Thanksgiving Day Games

The New England Patriots (8-2) are tied for leagues best record and their schedule will be easing up this Thursday as they travel to Detroit to face the Detroit Lions (2-8).  This will be the first game to start off Thanksgiving Day, it will air at 10:30 MST.  The Patriots have won 19 of their past 20 regular-season games against NFC teams and this is the Lions 71st Thanksgiving Day Game.  Tom Brady, Patriots Quarterback will have to have close eye out for Ndamukong Suh on the Lions Defensive Line.  As for Fantasy Football owners, you might want to play Tom Brady this week against a not so good Detroit secondary.
Game 2 of Thanksgiving Day will be the New Orleans Saints (7-3) traveling to Dallas to face the Cowboys (3-7) as John Kitna tries to lead the newly coached Cowboys to another victory.  Saints are looking for revenge on the Cowboys from last year's loss.  A huge plus for the Saints is the star running back Reggie Bush might be returning.  Saints head Coach Sean Payton says he feels "pretty good" about Bush's return.  This game will be coming on FOX at 2:15 MST.
The Night game that will air on NFL Network, that all might not be able to see will be Batman & Robin's Bengals vs the New York Jets.  The Jets are the other team with the league best record of 8-2 and Cincinnati has struggled all season long with a 2-8 record.  Cincinnati is coming off there worse loss of the season probably.  Being up by 21 last week against the Bills, TO's last team, and giving up 28 unanswered and coming out with a loss has been the story of the season for the them.  As for the J-E-T-S Jets, Mark Sanchez has been living up to all the hype and Santonio Holmes has scored two game-winning touchdown in the past two weeks.
Be sure to check out the AFC West laeding Chiefs as they take on the Seattle Seahawks as well.

Giants leading in race to the Pennant & Colts look for Revenge

In Dealing with Athletics, I have come to inform you the te Giants need one more win against the Texas Rangers to win the World Series.  They have a 3-1 lead and if the game on Monday night in Texas is won it is all over and San Francisco will be out.
Speaking of another team out  in Teaxas the Houston Texans will be facing the Indianapolis Colts for a second time this season in a heated Division rival match-up.  The first time they faced each other Texan Runnig Back Arian Foster had an outstanding game an ran for over 150 yards against the Colts Defense and got the win for the Houston.  The Texans are coming into this game on the road as the underdog because of Peyton Manning's last three standout games before his bye week last week.  Check out this great Monday Night match up on ESPN , because the winner of this game could very well win this Divsion.
